Since the beginning of 2015 I-Plast company has launched the second new product: Eurocontainers’ range. (Earlier we informed you about the start of production of the SK store crates). Eurocontainers are multifunctional plastic crates which will definitely be useful in many spheres of our life; for example, in storage managing, logistics, manufacturing and industry, and, of course, agriculture.
Made from primary propylene, Eurocontainers can be used in a wide range of temperatures, from 20 degrees below zero to 40 degrees above zero. The line starts with seven models. The main range of sizes is composed of boxes with following bases: 400х300 mm, 600х400 mm, 800х600 mm. Each container can be fitted with a customized cover. The base, wall and handles of Eurocontainers can be produced in different variations which provide the new boxes with an additional range of functions and broaden their load characteristics. The walls of some models are perforated, and thus perfect for storing and transporting fruits, vegetables and other edible goods.
The conference was organized to present to the guests the «iPlast» 3-years development strategy and prospects of the waste containers production growth. The discussion covered some new approaches and complex solutions in the sphere of waste collection and transport.
More than 40 visitors from different regions took part in the conference. They were taken to an excursion around «iPlast» production facilities to watch molding process of the 1100 liter waste container on Engel 5500, the biggest molding machine in the Eastern Europe. The guests were able to see the demonstration of waste loading into the European-type rear-loader. During the around-city-excursion the people could fully realize the advantages of usage of the plastic waste containers in Nizhnekamsk yards.
In 2010 «iPlast» announced a project on development of BottleRack™, the plastic pallet for 19liter bottles. In February 2011 the Company started manufacturing BottleRack™ on Krauss Maffei 3200.
BottleRack™ plastic pallet (1200x1000x380mm, 20kg) is a patented development of the Company. It significantly prolongs bottles’ service life and considerably reduces costs for in-stock storage of bottled water as well as of its delivery to distribution centers or ultimate consumers.
