Every year, over 200 leading Russian and international manufacturers and suppliers from 12 countries take part in the DairyTech International Exhibition of Equipment for the Production of Milk and Dairy Products. The exhibition is attended by more than 5,000 specialists of enterprises for the processing of milk and the production of dairy products, who make purchasing decisions, as well as distributors, representatives of government agencies and Internet sites. The exhibition is held with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. The DairyTech exhibition events are 3 days of a rich business program with the participation of experienced speakers, including representatives of processors, retailers, government departments, consulting and branding companies. In 2021, experts discussed trends, new niches and opportunities for the dairy industry, as well as technical regulation of the industry. Particular attention was paid to the issue of digital labeling of dairy products, the cheese market and the problems in managing the dairy category that retailers and manufacturers had to face during the corona crisis.
