ZACMI Vacuum Filler is the perfect solution to complete filling containers that have been pre-filled with solid product, or to fill product in one shot
How it works
The Filler is equipped with a dedicated pump and rotary distribution system that creates a vacuum in the container, after which the container comes into contact with the product distribution tank through special valves. The Vacuum Filler includes No Can-No Fill device.
The ZACMI Telescopic Filler, with its particular design and choice of specifically developed personalised instruments, is perfect for the filling of a vast range of solid products, such as vegetables, meat, fruit and powder product, in accordance with Customers requirements.
Through the specific design and choice of instruments, the Telescopic Filler reaches the highest levels of filling accuracy to meet customer specifications.
The Filler can be equipped with the No can No fill device, that allows filling only in the presence of a container.
Working principle
The product is dosed via an adjustable telescopic pocket and is then transferred directly into the container.
This equipment is used to pasteurise and cool food products in metal, glass, plastic or multi-layer containers, under atmospheric pressure.
The machine is composed of modules that can operate as pasteurisation or cooling, depending on the predefined programme.
Pasteuriser working principle
Pasteurisation is obtained by heating the product in its various containers, using hot water coming from heat exchangers. Here, the hot water sprayed over the containers is filtered and recycled. The water temperature is measured by probes, that monitor the valve opening and maintain the set temperature in various points.
Cooler working principle
Container cooling is obtained by means of cold water nebulisation or in some cases, by water at a decreasing temperature.
SPIRAL PASTEURISER COOLER
This equipment pasteurises and cools rigid or flexible containers, such as can or pouches. It consists of two units: the first is used to pasteurise and the second to cool.
Pasteuriser working principle
Pasteurisation is obtained by heating the product in its various containers, via direct steam. The pasteurisation temperature is measured by means of probes that monitor the valve opening and maintain the set temperature in various points.
Cooler working principle
Container cooling is obtained by means of cold water nebulisation.
