DPO Plastic is one of the largest Russian polymer processors. Manufacture of rigid PVC films and PE films, injection molding production, PVC plastic, its own tool production. DPO Plastic offers plastic packages for pharmaceutical, food, electrical, petroleum, textile and packaging industries, as well as agriculture, automotive and construction.
The Dzerzhinsky Production Association "Plastic" is a large industry complex that owns innovative polymer processing technologies. At the production site of the enterprise, film materials for packaging, containers and a wide range of small and large-sized plastic products are produced.
Established in 1965 as an adjacent enterprise of the Gorky Automobile Plant for the supply of plastic components, today DPO Plastic is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of polymer products for various purposes.

Printing on packaging film
The film production workshops are equipped with modern European equipment, which allows the production of popular packaging materials for various industries: meat and fish, grocery and bakery, dairy and butter and cheese, pharmaceutical industry and medicine, construction and agriculture.
A separate area of activity of DPO "Plastic" is the production of flexible films with a printed pattern. These films have excellent consumer properties, and the application of 8 and 10 color printing increases the attractiveness of the final product and opens up additional opportunities for its promotion.
The injection molding workshop has a unique manufacturing base for the processing and manufacture of plastic products. Two plots. 22 machines with clamping forces from 28 to 3200 tons.
There are 28 machines on the territory of the extrusion workshop, and about 80 presses on the section of the press workshop with a clamping force of 100 to 2000 tons.
In addition to serial production, DPO "Plastic" provides services for the manufacture of products of any shape, size and relief, according to the wishes of the customer.
